Apartment was lovely looking but many things were broken or not working well, including one of the showers leaking. The ceiling in living room shows leak evidence. Kitchen sponge had clearly been nibble by mice. We weren’t allowed to check in early indicating someone had stayed night before. Cleaners should have noticed sponge. Had to pick up key at a Wecome Center. Luckily we could store bags there but we had to pay for privilege. Also meant it cost us two Ubers to get to apartment-one from airport to Welcome Center and one from there to apartment. This is clearly a managed property by a corporation. Won’t do that again n
