The hotel is super clean. The cleaning crew was very impressive. Room is spotless clean and fresh after the cleaning service. They opened the window, and clean the windows, all the tiles in the bathroom. Very impressive. Other than that, the hotel is so so. Internet router broken for hours at night. Breakfast was ok. They had omelette which was a plus, but only machine made coffee. Not much selection from the breakfast buffet too.

This property is a hidden gem. Loved it. The location is amazing. It is close to the main shopping street. Also close to the steps leading to the Ribeira area. The hotel has comfortable beds, great A/C, and is super clean and modern. Also enjoyed the breakfast— good selection in a very nice breakfast room overlooking the garden. Would stay here again if we return to Porto!!
