Carefully rebuilt in 2019, the property preserves its historic character while embracing modern comfort. With soft neutral tones and subtle Portuguese touches, each apartment offers a timeless, elegant atmosphere where history and contemporary living blend in harmony.

The building was once home to a traditional pharmacy, from a time when medicines were carefully prepared and mixed by pharmacists on site. In tribute to this heritage and to its importance within the neighbourhood’s daily life, we chose to preserve the pharmacy’s original name on the façade, honouring its history and the role it once played in the community

This stylish studio on 2nd floor with private balcony combines comfort and design in a bright, open-plan layout. Thoughtfully decorated in soft neutral tones with elegant finishes and subtle architectural details, the space offers a calm and welcoming atmosphere.
