Very central, Sao Bento station \ metro in easy reach. Plenty of sites, shops and bars, all in east reach.

Likes: It’s a newly renovated property. It’s always clean. The management ensures safety for the guests. Location is ideal. Pocket WiFi is provided. Dislikes: No elevator in the property. Needs newer towels and other linens.

Dans la ruelle, il y avait des vidanges qui trainaient et il y avait une odeur d’urine constante. Quelques itinérants autours, mais pour le reste , tout était correct. Nous avons apprécié notre séjour.

Engaño al cliente

Experiencia horrorosa. El propietario cobra una tasa de limpieza obligatoria por el simple hecho de que la habitación esté limpia cuando llegas. Es decir, te cobran por algo que es una condición obligatoria de todo alojamiento. Por otro lado, elegimos este alojamiento porque se anunciaba con aparcamiento incluido, pero es mentira. Simplemente, lo que hay es aparcamiento público cercano por 22 euros el día. En cuanto a la ubicación, el balcón da a una calle estrecha muy ruidosa, con vecinos enfrente que se comunican a gritos entre gargajo y gargajo. En definitiva, un alojamiento nada recomendable, carísimo y con propietarios carentes de ética que abusan del cliente y lo engañan.

Points très positifs - L'emplacement - La vue - Fenêtres double vitrage très efficaces - L'appartement est spacieux pour 2 personnes (35m2) - Wifi fonctionnel - Le système de code qui remplace les clés - Lit confortable Points négatifs : - Il y avait des travaux pendant notre séjour (marteaux piqueurs), impossible d'ouvrir les fenêtres en journée et un échafaudage cachait le Clérigos. - Salle de bain trop petite et pas pratique, sol mouillé en sortant de la douche. Pas de tapis de douche. - Toilettes qui fuient (bruyant la nuit) - Juste 2 mini gels douches, 2 dosettes de café et 2 sachets de thé pour 8 jours. - Pas de sac poubelle de rechange ni d'instructions pour trier et jeter les poubelles. - Ni ménage ni réapprovisionnement durant notre séjour (8 jours). - Pas de saladier ni de passoire pour les pâtes - Pas de fond cuisine (sel, poivre, sucre) - Pas de laverie - Pour laisser les bagages à garder le dernier jour, il faut les déposer au bureau (10 mn à pied) Nous avons réglé 475€ pour 7 nuits, + 28€ de taxe locale + 20€ de ménage. C'est un très bon rapport qualité/prix car l'emplacement et la vue valent vraiment le coup (appartement N°3, sans balcon).
