Best hotel we've every stayed at!

This hotel is in a perfect location to stay for a few days. The hotel is beautiful, as well as the area around it. Our room was spacious with lovely garden views. We could easily have stayed here for a much longer time. The amenities are plentiful and the staff is very friendly. The hotel is located on a pedestrian street, so not all transport companies can drive directly on the street. There may be a short walk depending on how you arrive at the hotel. It was not a problem for us.

Portobay Flores - the best stay in Porto

Portobay Flores was the perfect accommodation! The hotel and amenities are excellent, including the staff which is very professional and helpful. Breakfast was fresh with lots of choices. The location is central to everything you want to see and do in Porto. We will definitely return!

Beautiful hotel in a great walkable location to dozens of restaurants and shops. Part of the hotel is a 500 year old palace with a beautiful courtyard, stone columns and staircases. Small and intimate hotel - the staff are all lovely, helpful, speak perfect English. Highly recommend.

Amazing 5 star hotel with excellent amenities, such as pool, spa, and great bar & restaurant. It is also beautiful and has great decor. I loved the stone look inside. The room was very spacious, the bed super comfortable with tons of pillows. The bathroom was very nice, they gave us robes, slippers, and other kits. Every day they did the bed and provided chocolate and coffee pods, for the coffee machine. We stayed there on Valentine’s Day and it was awesome. The food at the bar and brunch is really good. We had sardines and a charcuterie board with wine and Sangria. The service of the hotel is excellent, they were very attentive and let us check in our luggage for free. We had a late flight, so they let us store the bags for free. The hotel is very well located and centered in Porto, very close to many different attractions. We never took public transportation, but it is close to them. There are also many different restaurants and shops around it. I would stay here again for sure!

We made a 3 day side trip to Porto from Frankfurt and thoroughly enjoyed the stay in Porto. The hotel was centrally located, the room was lovely with fantastic views of the city. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the staff was friendly and warm.

A truly superb hotel with wonderful staff, excellent facilites and every comfort. We were warmly welcomed and loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for exploring Porto - close to everything and yet in a quiet pedestrianised street with great restaurants nearby.

I absolutely loved my stay at Porto Bay. It’s right in the center of everything. All of the major monuments are within easy walking distance. The staff was excellent, courteous, and professional. I will definitely stay here again when I come back. The price is perfect, and the accommodations are excellent. The restaurant is absolutely superb and the bar staff is really good.

I loved this property. It was centrally located clean and beautiful. Beatriz was amazing at checkin she gave us the best advice and took her time explaining everything. I also LOVED my room with its private balcony and would recommend this establishment to everyone.

January Business Trip

Super friendly staff a credit to the hotel. Rooms were great and the hotel benefits from a spa with gym and treatment rooms. Food in the first floor restaurant was outstanding and the bar has a happy hour downstairs from 3pm. Hotel is in proximity to a host of great restaurants and bars but dont be suprised if they dont open before 7pm. great base for Porto sightseeing. Probably a good idea not to bring a vehicle as parking is limited and expensive around the hotel.
