To ensure that your arrival and departure are as comfortable as your stay, please note:

Check-in: From 3:00 PM. We have everything prepared so that your only concern is to enjoy.

Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Need more time? Let us know.

- Add-ons: Availability of extras such as a travel crib and access to the garage (if this option is available in the apartment, please check the amenities), upon request.

- Self-Catered: We provide a welcome kit with hygiene products for the first day as a courtesy. Replacements or refills are available for an additional cost.

- Enhance your stay with extra services, such as additional keys, additional cleaning, and extra bedding. For more information and rates, please contact us.

- The tourist tax in Porto costs €2 per night and per person for up to 7 nights.

- All guests must fill out a registration form according to Portugal's local laws. This form will be sent after the reservation confirmation.

- Silence: It's important to respect the established quiet hours, especially in apartments subject to higher noise exposure.
- Pets: In accommodations that accept them, a policy of care and cleanliness applies, with a possible additional fee in case of non-compliance.
- Travel Cot and High Chair Fee: Fixed fee of €39.00 for each item.
- Towel + Bedding Exchange Fee during stay: €24.00.
- The jacuzzi is only available from April to September; please note that it requires weekly maintenance and cannot be used at that time. Please contact us for additional rules if you have any doubts.
- For reservations equal to or exceeding 28 nights, there is a utilities limit (water, electricity, and internet) of up to €150.00
