Frábær staðsetning, í brekku, íbúðin á 4 hæðum, ekki lyfta. Björt íbúð, ekki hægt að opna glugga, raki; gott net gátum bæði unnið í fjarvinnu; Væri gott að fá snaga fyrir útiföt, upphengi í svefnherbergi fyrir kjóla, snaga í baðherbergi fyrir handklæði og kannski spegil. Mæli eindregið með.
