The thing that most impressed me is that Francisco reached out to me early on the day of check-in to ask for an estimated time of arrival. As a solo traveler, this made me feel comfortable that someone was expecting me. He gave me a tour of the facility and explained every detail. He provided recommendations for nearby restaurants/coffee shops which I visited and enjoyed. The location is very convenient to the seawall for strolls or sunset viewing.
