Excellent service! Close to the Metro area and shopping centre . Highly recommended to anyone who doesn’t mind catching the metro and is away from the main streets . We loved it and so easy to get around.

We spent only one night at this relatively new hotel; very nice decor room was spacious and appointed well. Staff was very attentive. It’s not close to the center of town, however for our purpose was just right. Overall, very good hotel definitely would stay there again.

A very new and quirky hotel. Unfortunately it was slightly further out of the town than we would have liked. A fridge or safe would have been useful. Staff were good, especially in the restaurant in the evening. We had a great stay.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The new wooden-style architecture is charming and adds a unique character to the ambiance. The breakfast options were satisfying, and the staff members were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a delightful stay!

We would have loved a massage but no spa service. Needed to take a cab or Uber everywhere as there is nothing close to the hotel. Staff are excellent, beds are great and so is the room and shower.

Excellent hotel in a good location close to public transportation. Excellent breakfast. The Wi-Fi is very strong but the internet is weak! The sites load slowly and sometimes not at all! There is no refrigerator or electric kettle in the room.

My room was large and spacious, which was nice, but the layout didn’t make any sense. The room was split into two sections, a large empty area with the bathroom leading off of it, and the bedroom on the other section. There was no desk/dressing table which could have filled the empty space. I was given a complimentary drinks voucher on arrival which was nice. Breakfast was nice, but if you’re a vegetarian/vegan or you don’t eat pork then your options are pastries and scrambled eggs. EVERYTHING contained pork.. I’m surprised it wasn’t in the pastries lol. The things that let the hotel down were: Broken fixtures & fittings in the bathroom, no robe or slippers, towels were not replaced with clean ones daily, no mini bar, no room service, no info on how to connect to wifi and even when I was given the password at reception, it still didn’t work.

Estadia maravilhosa, amamos tudo. Quarto excelente, com amplas janelas. Ar condicionado perfeito, sem economia. Restaurante do hotel com comida maravilhosa, cafe da manha completo. Destaque para o funcionario brasileiro do restaurante, muito simpatico, ágil e competente. Hotel com estacionamento, enfim, com tudo que um turista deseja. Einfach nur Top, und die Preis-Leistung ist herausragend. Einziger Malus ist die doch eher mittelmäßige Erreichbarkeit mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln, da Taxis aber relativ günstig sind, muss man sich damit behelfen.
