Beautiful hotel, staff were amazing !!! My only frustration was that for a 5 star hotel there where only 16 sun beds available and residents had to lay on the grass!! Also it would take 30 minutes for drinks and food at poolside bar . Other than that everything was lovely

I absolutely loved my stay the Tivoli Kopke. I stayed for a long weekend and was amazed with this fantastic hotel. It felt luxurious. The facilities were outstanding (such as the pool and sauna) and very walkable to the luis I bridge and local restaurants. It was my first time in Porto and will not be the last. I luckily, chose a weekend when a festival was taking place, adding to the charm of the city.

What really stood out was the incredibly friendly and attentive staff—everyone we encountered went out of their way to ensure we felt welcome and well taken care of. Their hospitality made the experience feel genuinely personal and memorable. Each morning began with a phenomenal breakfast, offering a wide variety of fresh, delicious options in a serene setting. It was the perfect way to start the day. The spa area is absolutely gorgeous—a tranquil escape that invites relaxation and rejuvenation. After a long day exploring the city, it was a true haven.
