Beautiful room and property. We were in last unit closest to trains so it was noisy when windows opened but we got used to it. Great location. Housekeeping was wonderful when we had requests. The breakfast was great, loved the cooked to order choices. Had a great dinner at the restaurant directly across the street. Would stay here again. Had an adorable picnic table outside our door.

Room very clean, upstairs sleeping area air conditioning was weak or inoperative. Nice amenities like nespresso machine and induction cooktop, full size refrigerator/freezer etc. nice little apartment.

The staff were lovely and the hotel was truly one of the nicest I've stayed in. Very tastefully appointed and decorated, a real sanctuary. Very close to the Trindade station, great location. 10/10.... I'd love to be back one day!

The place looks exactly as the pictures show. Very cozy. Clean, nicely decorated. Good water pressure in the shower. Not being from the area, when we first turned into the street, we were a little concerned as to the safety of the area (some graffiti on some buildings, some closed out stores) However, within a few hours of being there we felt comfortable, there were several restaurants on the same street that were bustling. The person who greeted us at the hotel was lovely and showed us the different areas of the hotel. The place is within walking distance to everything. Would recommend.

Stunning property. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. Superior Duplex was spacious with everything you could possibly need. Living/kitchen/dining area downstairs with full size fridge/freezer, hob, oven, dishwasher, sink, pots, cutlery and plenty cupboards. Small WC downstairs. Extremely comfortable Kingsize bed upstairs and bathroom with walk in shower. Spacious outdoor deck with two chairs and rooftop views. A relaxing haven after exploring all this beautiful city has to offer. Separate aircon upstairs and downstairs kept the unit pleasantly cool in 35° heat. 5 minutes walk from Trindade Station. 10/15 minutes walk from Old Town or Ribeira. Plenty restaurants and shops all around but no noise disturbance from within or outside the property. A perfect choice for our trip!

Words cannot express how beautiful this property is. The design is clean and modern. The service, incredible. It’s a calm oasis in a bustling city. My only regret is that we didn’t stay longer.

This was a great mix between an apartment and a hotel. Perfect location, lovely grounds that felt tucked away yet still in the middle of it all. It was a little unclear before we checked in if there was a front desk / staff on site or not. Once we checked it we realized there was, but it would have been nice to know so we could have left our bags before our room was ready. Overall, it was a lovely stay and would highly recommend.

very convenient for airport transfer, 30 mins by train from airport to hotel for 2.75 euros and practically stop behind the hotel. can't fault the location, lots of restaurants and cafe nearby, walk everywhere. best part is that you are hit with coolness and serenity the minute you walked into the hotel, a bonus after a long day. the only thing missing is the in-room safe and slippers.
