This hotel is pretty new. It’s very modern. The layout of the room is efficient and does not feel small. And it’s clean. We included breakfast with our stay and this is definitely a win. They have a good spread of food and we enjoyed it. Highly recommend including breakfast with your stay. Only comment I could say is the water in the shower is scalding hot even when the dial is on cold it’s still hot. I didn’t like that as I don’t take hot shower. I had to shower super fast. The hotel is about a 15 minutes walk to the center of Porto.

This hotel was not too bad location is good for people who enjoy walking, a great way to get your steps in. It is modern and clean. Some of the reception staff shouldn’t be working in hospitality (I’ll leave it at that). Request an upper floor, as the first level room #1smelt like sewage. Staff was accommodating and we were relocated immediately to the 4th floor. Restaurant onsite was nice, sangria and food was good. Happy travels everyone!

Was good in general, but didn’t get the bed I need

The hotel in general was good for the money However I had booked a double bed, only to find that have been given 2 single beds. This impacted my sleep as I had a CPAP machine, which meant I needed to be on the single bed beside the desk. This made sleeping very uncomfortable as I kept thinking that I might hit my head on the desk while asleep.

Hotel iş near a train station, modern & high tech with Robot services but didn’t get a chance to see it worked for us. Room is clean daily. Door jamb broken but never fixed. The lady receptionist at front during arrival time is not welcoming & unprofessional when it comes to dealing with customer’s concern about door jamb. She told us that it’s normal & even in our own house that something can be broken (very unprofessional response) & according to whoever checked that there’s nothing to worry about our safety because nobody won’t be able to open or break into. No chance to fix it because we have our stuff inside so I asked her what shall we do because we don’t feel comfortable. She offered the same size of room in the higher floor which is below the rooftop Bar & she said, it will be noisy, so it’s up to us. I told her how about another room available & she said we will have to pay extra. She wasn’t very helpful & accommodating.
