O Benkos Hotel fica duas ruas atrás da praia principal de Porto Seguro, então a localização é muito boa. As instalações também são boas, com destaque para a piscina e áreas comuns. Os quartos, todavia, são bem antigos. Você pode perceber pela pintura das paredes, rejuntes dos banheiros e instalações hidráulicas. Nos atendeu bem, mas precisa de uma reforma. O custo benefício é bom. A equipe de funcionários é muito proativa e educada, os quartos sempre limpos todos os dias e troca de lençóis e toalhas de dois em dois dias. O café da manhã podia ser um pouco mais diverso, mas nos atendeu bem também (minha estadia foi de 7 dias).

A internet não funciona direito. O ar condicionado é barulhento. A Limpeza do banheiro e troca de toalhas e roupa de cama ficou a desejar, foi necessário reclamar na recepção para o troca e limpeza satisfatória. Café da manhã bom. Funcionários que fazer o atendimento aos hóspedes são muito bons e atenciosos. A piscina não tem bar e também estava com problemas, impedindo a utilização de forma agradável.

De regra geral tudo é bom: localização, café da manhã, estrutura do hotel. Eu fiquei em um quarto que foi adaptado de uma capela dentro do hotel. Muito legal, um quarto com a localização diferente, estilo um chalé, mas precisa de uma renovação, coisa pouca.

Não gostamos do banheiro do quarto. Mal cheiro de esgoto, box curto que molha o banheiro durante o banho, sabonete horroroso, banho frio no primeiro dia. TV horrivel. Não tinha uma meinha noquarto. Hotel bonito, porém falta muita manutenção. Tivemos que pedir para trocar de quarto, pois o primeiro cheirava muito mofo e com muitas formigas inclusive em cima das camas. Café da manhã razoável. Localização boa.

Quarto que era uma capela

Fui surpreendida ao chegar no quarto, pois era afastado de todo hotel, na parte do fundo do hotel e assim que verifiquei o quarto pude constatar que antes de virar um quarto era uma capela. Seguem as fotos abaixo. Dentro do quarto muitas formigas grandes que inclusive ficavam na pia e na cama. O ar condicionado fraco que não gelava a capela toda o piso destruído, enfim foi muito ruim o quarto. Café da manhã bom e atendimento dos funcionários muito bom. Localização boa, bem próximo da praia. Tentei add fotos e não consegui

O quarto em que ficamos era muito simples. A primeira impressão ficou abaixo das nossas expectativas. O banheiro era muito pequeno e a TV tinha poucos canais. O ponto positivo era a cama, que era enorme e muito confortável; o café da manhã; o ar condicionado, item imprescindível em qualquer acomodação em Porto Seguro no verão, devido às altas temperaturas. No geral, pode ser uma boa opção caso os precos das diárias estejam com bons valores.

Péssimo

Minha experiência no Hotel Benkos foi bastante desapontadora. As instalações deixaram muito a desejar, com problemas no ar condicionado e goteiras na pia do banheiro, insetos (baratas). O café da manhã foi abaixo das expectativas, e a piscina estava visivelmente suja. Além disso, o atendimento prestado por pessoas despreparadas contribuiu para uma estadia insatisfatória. Sugiro melhorias para garantir a qualidade e conforto aos hóspedes.

Localização ótima! Piscina limpa. Cafe da manhã com variedades. O que fois desagradável foino cheiro do banheiro pois nao tem ventilação. E de manha na arrumacao do café tem uma equipe e faz muito barulho rsrs.. mas nao foram todos os dias.. alguns dias só. Mas no geral é um otimo hotel. Voltaria com certeza!
