Estadia ruim (infelizmente sem fotografias)

Reservamos de 10 a 14/09.A recepcionista Jaqueline é maravilhosa. Nos encaminhou p quarto próximo à piscina, que fica “isolado”e a 1ª impressão foi simples, c/ estrutura antiga. As fotografias nos sites de reservas ñ condizem c a realidade. 1ª utilização do chuveiro percebi que não tinha caída para ralo. Quando sai do box, água estava escorrendo p quarto e p/ porta de entrada/saida. Falamos c/ as atendentes e de pronto nos mudaram. Nos alocaram p/os quartos reformados, que a princípio estava ok! Todos os banhos que eu e meu marido tomávamos, usávamos chinelo p entrar no box. A Limpeza é feita a cada 2 dias, mas infelizmente ñ é bem feita. O box, principalmente parte inferior das paredes é totalmente suja, amareladas. Cheiro forte de urina no vaso sanitário ou na lixeira,ñ conseguimos distinguir.Pia suja, c crosta de sujeira. Pensei que c/ limpeza seria sanado,mas não foi. O cheiro d urina permaneceu. Atendente Nicole super mal humorada, mal educada, atendia super mal! Parecia q estava ali por obrigação. Um dos dias pedi um rolo de papel higiênico, ñ entregou na minha mão, jogou em cima da bancada de atendimento. Meu marido perguntou se a senha do Wi-Fi era uma palavra que estava descrito e ela secamente falou que NÃO e ñ forneceu. Café da manhã achamos desorganizado. Faltavam itens, tínhamos q ir atrás p saber se teria ou ñ, mesas ficavam sujas e as vezes tínhamos q retirar. Pratos eram colocados molhados. Ñ tinha uma pessoa responsável p estar verificando as necessidades.

Boa hospedagem!

Boa Estadia! Atendimento da recepção foi cordial, visto que nao ficam 24hrs, ajudam aos que chegam mais tarde. Quartos limpos, porém a limpeza poderia ser feita todos os dias. Cafe da manhã que deixou a desejar, visto que colocam o café certinho, mas dificilmente repõem durante o tempo de café. Acaba que algumas coisas ficam frias e não tem muitas opções, mesmo de frutas. Pode ser também o fato da pousada não ter tantos hóspedes no tempo em que estivemos. Localização boa, pertinho de tudo. No geral foi uma hospedagem bem honesta! Vale a pena

Formigueiro

Horrível! Aluguei dois quartos. O quarto 203 antigo com um ar condicionado velho e barulhento. O frigobar quebrado com uma toalha molhada dentro. A tv pegava apenas a globo. O outro quarto 114 no andar superior. O chuveiro água fria para esquentar tinha que ligar pouco e ficava com água sem pressão. A cama cheia de formiga e a gente nem comeu em cima dela. A pia e a mesa também cheia de formigas. A piscina pequena e suja água amarelada e cheia de mosquito mortos. Café da manhã era uma piada. Pouca variedade. Bolo com gosto de ovo e pão menor do que o meu dedo. O açúcar ficava em um pote em que vc pegava com uma colher só invés de sachê para ser higiênico e detalhe a mesa cheia de formigas e dentro do açúcar óbvio também tinha. Foi uma estadia horrível. Essa pousada é a definição de que fotos enganam. Não recomendo e jamais volto a me hospedar lá Nota zero! Um verdadeiro formigueiro.

Infelizmente eu me hospedei em um período onde houve chuvas incomum e que afetou toda a região, e o hotel foi afetado, no entanto não tivemos nenhum problema, fomos realocados para outro compatível, tudo isso por iniciativa do hotel e com todos os cuidados possíveis para que não tivéssemos nenhum extresse.

Hotel razoável parece q foi recém reformado quarto limpo e arejado porém uma das camas estava com a grade quebrada e a cama desmontou cm meu filho durante a madrugada causando um susto na gente e outro problema foi o chuveiro estragado q só foi consertado no outro dia deixando a gente sem água quente por um dia.
