The property is very beach accessible, very green, the staff is very friendly eager to help. Love the breakfast and the location which is a walking distance to the ferry to Porto Seguro and if you decide to go to downtown Arraial D’Ajuda, vans run every 10 min and it’s less than US$1.00 per person. I’m definitely coming back to this beautiful hotel and paradise. If you like simplicity and a nice secluded place to rest, this is the place to come.

Amazing Hotel!

It's an amazing hotel. It's located in front of the beach and 10 min walk from the ferry. Room is very clean and service is great! The breakfast buffet has lots of options. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

Já é minha terceira vez hospedado no Ravenala. Equipe super atenciosa e a conveniência de realmente ser um hotel categoria pé na areia. A piscina é quentinha, a comida é boa. Inclusive, no dia de ir embora, meu voo foi cancelado e remarcado para a madrugada e eles disseram que eu poderia ficar no quarto até mais tarde, sem problemas. Isso não se vê hoje em dia por ai!

O hotel é bem localizado e bonito, mas faltam alguns cuidados que poderiam classificá-lo como 4 estrelas. Os funcionários tem boa vontade, mas falta um bom gerente para garantir um melhor atendimento, por exemplo, no café da manhã sempre faltam talheres, coisas simples de se resolver, mas pela desorganização acabam atrapalhando.

Decepcionado

Ponto alto do hotel, limpeza do quarto e os colaboradores. Tirando isso, fica muito difícil de dar uma avaliação positiva. Bar e restaurante do hotel fecha as 16, como fomos com criança, tínhamos que pegar no hotel do mesmo dono que fica perto, o quarto não possui isolamento acústico algum, escutávamos TUDO, o banheiro tinha um mal cheiro muito forte, parede do quarto precisando de pintura. Não voltaria.

De modo geral a estadia excelente. Alguns pontos de melhoria. Manutenção da ducha higiênica pois a água estava com um cheiro extremamente desagradável e a inclusão de um varal externo tal qual o hotel Carambola.

Muito bom, pertinho da balsa, da p ir andando (200 a 300 metros), mas se tbm tem as vãs, 3,50 por pessoa. Praia muito boa, comida excelente.
