PÉSSIMA EXPERIÊNCIA no Ramada Porto Seguro Fujam desse hotel! A experiência foi um verdadeiro pesadelo desde o check-in. Reservei o Ramada Porto Seguro pelas fotos e descrição no site, que mostravam um quarto moderno, limpo, com cortinas blackout, cama confortável e banheiro em boas condições. A realidade foi totalmente diferente. O quarto que recebi era horrível: • Cheiro fortíssimo de travesseiro usado • A cortina era de madeira, deixando o quarto claro e sem privacidade • Banheiro em péssimo estado, com azulejos quebrados e aparência de abandono • Cama extremamente desconfortável, com colchão afundado • Móveis velhos e mal conservados • Poeira acumulada e sensação de total desleixo Tentei resolver na hora: fui até a recepção, expliquei que o quarto não condizia em nada com o que havia sido vendido no site e pedi o reembolso, já que saí do hotel no MESMO momento do check-in. A resposta? Um total descaso. O atendimento foi frio, ríspido, e recusaram qualquer tipo de reembolso, mesmo eu tendo saído imediatamente e sequer usado o quarto. Alegaram que “o quarto é padrão e está em conformidade”, como se fosse normal enganar o cliente. É uma propaganda enganosa descarada, e o mínimo seria a devolução do valor pago. Nunca mais me hospedo em qualquer hotel da rede Ramada, e recomendo que pensem duas vezes antes de fazer o mesmo. Péssimo atendimento Quarto incompatível com o prometido

Uma das melhores ferias que tivemos!! Gracas ao Erivan! Reservamos um outro hotel por whatsapp e quando chegamos la nos colocaram em um quarto horrivel, com mau cheiro e mofo! Pedimos para trocar mas nos disseram que estava tudo lotado. Foi quando fomos ao Ramada e falamos com o Erivan que conseguiu nos encaixar em um quarto perfeito mesmo estando lotados devido a semana de Sao Joao. O hotel eh maravilhoso, cafe da manha excelente e o pessoal muito legal, sempre bem humorados e prontos para ajudar. Meu marido nao fala portugues e tivemos dificuldade em outros hoteis com a comunicacao e no Ramada eles conseguiram se comunicar tranquilamente. Primeira vez do meu marido no Brasil e ele ja quer voltar para esse hotel!! Se pudesse dar mais de 5 estrelas dariamos com certeza! Super recomendo!

O quarto era confortável, porém embaixo das camas tinha bastante poeira e encontrei uma barata no banheiro era pequena, mas fiquei surpresa de forma ruim. Os funcionários muito simpáticos, especialmente o Flávio que trabalha na cozinha, um doce de pessoa. O café da manhã tinha algumas opções mais saudáveis e fiquei surpresa de forma boa, porém todos os dias era praticamente o mesmo cardápio. Quanto ao bar pedi um drink de maracujá e era muito ruim, nem consegui tomar. Tem mais duas questões, quando nos hospedamos estava ocorrendo uma obra totalmente aberta para a area dos hospedes, muita poeira e uma visão que não gostariamos de ter em nossas férias e no local do quarto 119 tinha um cheiro muito forte de esgoto. Enfim, não posso dizer que foi uma das melhores hospedagens que já tivemos em nossa vida, porém posso afirmar que foi uma das piores.

Faço minha avaliação com base na experiência de uma pessoa que estava viajando sozinha com o intuito de comemorar seu aniversário e as festas de fim de ano, diante disso, achei a estrutura do hotel boa, no entanto, serviços como internet não funcionava a maior parte do tempo, a academia estava em reforma e os funcionários da recepção hostis que chegaram até a duvidar se eu estava hospedado no hotel solicitando a confirmação da minha estadia usando o argumento que estavam conferindo a estadia dos hóspedes fora a sensação que tive de que mexeram nas minhas cosias. Outro ponto importante foi as informações do quarto no Expedia não estarem muito claras, havia reservado o quarto triplo superior acreditando que era um quarto na parte do andar de cima com vista para a piscina, porém ao chegar disseram que “superior” é a categoria do quarto e não ele estar no andar de cima e a vista da varanda era para os outros quartos, o que gerou mais frustração, entrei no site do hotel e realmente o quarto triplo superior deveria ter a diferenciação mais clara no Expedia assim como está no site do hotel e não estava, para finalizar, fiquei 5 dias no hotel e achei os hóspedes barulhentos. É um lugar que deveria ser exclusivo para famílias e não aceitar viajantes sozinhos para evitar esse tipo de desconforto. Reforço que o texto foi com base em minha experiência individual ao longo da estadia e concluo dizendo que foi o pior lugar em que já me hospedei na vida e com certeza não pretendo voltar.

Café da manhã sem variedade, não tinha reposição e no momento do check out não deixaram nós deixarmos nossas malas no hotel, sendo que nosso voo era só de noite e também não deixaram usar mais nenhuma dependência do hotel. Acabamos pagando um day use em outro hotel que nos permitiu guardar as malas, usar a pisicina e almoçar lá. Enfim, não voltarei para o Ramada.

A estadia foi rapida, contudo, nossa impressão decepcionou em relação as fotos, o local aparenta ter sido sontuoso no passado, mas a manutenção deixou a desejar. O ar condicionado no quarto insuficiente para o tamanho do ambiente, não resfriando o suficiente, locais com sinais de deteriorização que tira o brilho do local. não faz juz ao valor cobrado. tem outras opções em Porto com melhor custo beneficio.

Hotel e quarto velhos, em péssimas condições. Com certeza o pior hotel que já fiquei na vida. Não tinha ÁGUA. Nem no frigobar, nem para comprar na recepção. O quarto tem paredes descascadas com nítidos sinais de infiltração. Não permitiram a antecipação de check Inn(15h) nem tem onde guardar a bagagem. O restaurante serve apenas café da manhã (começa às 7h). Percebe-se que o uso do nome da rede “Ramada” é somente uma “pegadinha “ para atrair clientes.
