excellent location, equipped with everything from snorkeling gear to shampoo, surrounded by well kept flower bushes and trees, close to everything (beach, supermarket, restaurants, kayak rentals etc), excellent mattresses even in the sofa bed, owner is very well organized and prompt to answer every question. Loved every day of our stay.

Jolie villa à deux pas de la mer!

Nous avons passé deux semaines superbes ! La villa est agréable et entourée de végétation permettant d'avoir de l'intimité. La magnifique plage de Santa Giulia est à quelques pas de la maison. Lieu idéal pour se reposer ! À noter, pas de connexion wifi dans la maison mais à l'accueil de la résidence. Nous recommandons cette location et espérons y retourner au plus vite! Alexandre

Sonne und Meer - was will man mehr?

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Wunderschönen Strandes liegt versteckt das Ferienhaus. Wenige Schritte führen vom Haus zum Sandstrand und dem kristallklarem Wasser. Ankommen und einfach nur entspannen. Perfekt!

Location au top, conforme à la description, confortable, propre et très bien équipée. Réellement proche de la belle plage de Santa Giulia (du côté gauche où il n'y a pas d'algues). La personne qui s'occupe du logement est un amour... Restaurants à proximité à pied. Proche de la route menant à Porto Vecchio et Bonifacio, ainsi que de l'aéroport de Figari. Nous espérons avoir l'occasion d'y retourner.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Barchetta ist ein wunderschön gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einer großen privaten Terrasse. Die Ausstattung ist prima. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Der Strand ist nur wenige Schritte entfernt und lädt ein zum Wassersport aller Art: Motorboot fahren, Jetski fahren, Funtube, Surfen und SUP. Die Restaurants sind am Strand und bieten abends oft korsische Livemusik. Auch ein Supermarket ist in der Nähe. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit und der Vermieter war immer sehr hilfreich und sehr freundlich. Vielen Dank für alles, Valerio! Susanne

Un merveilleux séjour

Nous avons été parfaitement bien accueillis à notre arrivée par Madame Odone. La villa est très bien équipée, très bien entretenue, avec beaucoup de goût et des détails très agréables. Nous y avons passé un merveilleux séjour. Par contre j'ai été surprise de la dégradation de la grande plage de sable de Santa Guilia, envahie d'algues. Mais ce n'est pas gênant car la plage du hameau est toujours aussi adorable. Je recommande cette location, très bien placée et très confortable.

Excellente localisation pour les personnes qui souhaitent accéder rapidement à la plage, plage par ailleurs idéale pour les enfants. Villa très fonctionnelle où rien ne manque et beau jardin arboré sans vis-à-vis. Nous avons passé 2 semaines formidables; à recommander!

Une semaine au top

Un super séjour d'une semaine avec notre petite fille. La maison est parfaite, idéale pour un couple avec enfants ; rien ne manque et c'est propre. Les 2 terrasses sont appréciables et on se sent vraiment chez nous dans le petit jardin (pas de vis-à-vis). La personne qui nous a remis les clés a été très sympa et le propriétaire nous a appelé pour savoir si tout se passait bien. En à peine 1 minute on se retrouve sur la magnifique plage de Santa Giulia, avec son sable fin et son eau transparente qui fait le bonheur des enfants. A proximité (à pieds) il y a tout : restos, superette,... C'était parfait pour des vacances reposantes !

Tolle Lage, top Ausstattung

Wir haben in dieser Unterkunft zu viert mit unseren beiden Söhnen eine herrliche Woche verbracht. Zum Strand und zur Bucht von St. Giulia sind es ein paar Schritte, die Ausstattung und der Zustand des Hauses sind sehr gut, besonders der Elektrogrill auf der Terrasse war fast jeden Tag in Betrieb, auch Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine sind vorhanden. Die Terrasse mit dem umgebenden Garten bietet für alle großzügigen Platz. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Schönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben mit unseren Kindern 2 wunderschöne Wochen im Ferienhaus von Herrn Diotto verbracht. Das Haus befindet sich in einer gepflegten Wohnanlage und ist rundum gut ausgestattet. Eine Parkmöglichkeit befindet sich direkt am Haus. Die Lage des Grundstückes ist ruhig und geschützt umgeben von Oleandersträuchern und anderen Pflanzen. Die große Terrasse ist zum Teil überdacht und lädt zum Verweilen ein. Es sind nur wenige Schritte zur schönen Bucht von Santa Giulia und eine Einkaufsmöglichkeit befindet sich auch in der Nähe. Besonders zu erwähnen ist auch der stets gute Kontakt zum Vermieter und die freundliche und hilfsbereite Dame die vor Ort zuständig ist. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Haus Barchetta auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen. Boris Kowalzik

Wonderful beach holidays at Santa Giulia!

My girlfriend and I spent a wonderful week at Valerio's villa. The house has a very private location within one minute walking to the amazing, beautiful beach of Santa Giulia. It is surrounded by lovely trees and plants which allow for complete privacy as you relax on the terrace outside. The house has everything you will need for a comfortable stay including two bedrooms and bathrooms. It is located close to good markets (Spar, Casino) and nearby restaurants. I would highly recommend a stay at this villa and I hope to come back one day myself. Thank you to Valerio for helping with my questions and for making the reservation process very easy!

"I spent with my family 2 wonderful weeks in this lovely place. It is absolutely perfect location for staying away from the city and very close to the beach. In reality this property turned out more perfect than it looks on photos. Sandy beach is ideally suitable and safe for children of any age, neighboring street in the north has quiet stone plage which may interest snorkelers. I was very pleased by Host hospitality and their kind guidance on home use and surroundings best directions. Hope that we’ll return there once again! Tips: car is a must here. On 20th of June ther is new opening - SPAR supermarket, 5 minutes drive!"
