Set on private land, this luxury, fully air-conditioned villa offers a private pool, a 130-sq.m, south-facing ipe wood terrace, a second terrace on the north side, high-speed Wi-Fi in the whole house, and linen. There is an extra bikewith 12 electronic programmes. There are four bedrooms, of which one has a bathroom,LCD television, DVD player, Hi-Fi, and mini bar. We include all mod cons: plasma screens, DVD player, and Hi-Fi in every bedroom, as well as wooden Venetian blinds. This new build from November 2007 is peaceful with all the comforts and tasteful designer decor. All bedrooms have their own televisions starting from 88-cm width, a DVD player, and CanalSat/TNT freeview. There is private parking for six cars, a garden enclosure, and an electric gate in wooden ipe measuring 4.5 m with a remote control and video surveillance. There are barbecues both inside and outside, a fireplace with a stainless steel insert, and a pool alarm system to Afnor standards. The patio furniture includes eight deck chairs, couches, armchairs, poufs, a table for 8,etc.) New in 2010! New decoration including the new bedroom with a theme dedicated to the King of Pop Michael Jackson (yes, I´m a fan...its true),new design furnishings in the dining room side, the varnished white and red are for honour. Play as a family on the Wii games console that is available and the poker / cards table. The house has all comfort,is ideally located,and is quiet. The latest renovation was in November 2012. Please feel free to read the comments left by other guests to reassure yourself about the house's assets. In addition, the owner has a welcoming nature! Sejour au calme à la campagne

Tres bon emplacement au calme en campagne...on a les vaches derrière la maison qui plaît souvent au enfant. Excellente Situation 10 mn du centre ville de porto vecchio , 15 min de santa guillia , 20 min de palombaggia, sartene à 40min et Bonifacio 1h. La piscine à contre courant est appreciable et côté cuisine on ne manque vraiment de rien... intérieur tout à fait conforme à la description et en bon etat ( juste une precision la chambre 4 ne communique pas avec le reste de la maison ...bien pour couple ou ado qui veulent etre isolés mais moyen pour des enfants. Le système de douche mériterait une renovation). Pas de consoles de jeux comme indiqué dans l annonce Abritel (qui n est pas un problème en soit mais nos ado l ont cherché). Cote extérieur, un vis à vis avec les voisins qui m a derangé au départ mais on y fait abstraction...des arbres trop petits encore pour faire de l ombre. Un avis collectif: Une table normale à l arriere de la maison pour prendre le petit dej à l ombre serait bien mieux qu une table basse ( trop de soleil le matin pour le petit dej devant et deja tres chaud le matin ). Un Parasol à l arrière serait bienvenu. Excellente pizzeria moins de 10 min à pied. Doria, est à l ecoute et s est rendue disponible. Un peu cher par rapport à d autres locations qu on a pu faire dans le meme secteur mais plutôt agreable.

La maison était fonctionnelle et agréable. La climatisation très appréciable avec les fortes chaleurs. Dommage que la 4ème chambre n’était pas utilisable à cause du store cassé. L’annonce disait 5 salle de bains mais il n’y avait que 2 douches avec wc et 1 wc séparé. N’avons pas pu utiliser l’arrière de la maison car trop de fourmis et surtout beaucoup trop de produit au sol pour fourmis toxique pour nos chiens. Piscine et espace verts devant la maison au Top. Dora toujours à l’écoute et résout tous nos problèmes.

Très confortable. Petites suggestions, un fil à linge pour les serviettes de plage. Une cafetière traditionnelle. Et lampes de chevets. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. La piscine à contre courant et chauffée est géniale. Et nous n'oublions pas, l'accueil de Dora. Très gentille et à l'écoute. Nous conseillons fortement cette villa.

Maison agréable et très bien équipée On etait 8 et c'était bien adapté Vue agréable sur le champs voisin et on entends les vaches Bonne literie Pas de parasol autour du salon de jardin ni la piscine. C est un vrai manque Table extérieure très rouillée De nombreuses vis apparentes sur la plage de la piscine Un nid de guêpes autour de la piscine, des fourmis dans le barbecue, de nombreuses toiles d'araignée dans la maison ont agrémenté notre séjour. Mériterait un grand nettoyage Propriétaire à l'écoute et réactive mais n'a pas réussi à résoudre les problèmes rencontrés pendant notre séjour

Très bon séjour

La maison est parfaite ! Très bien equipée, propre et agréable. La piscine chauffée est vraiment un plus :) Les propriétaires sont très réactifs et nous ont laissé un petit bienvenu à notre arrivée. Maison au calme à seulement quelques minutes de Porto Vecchio

Maison entièrement climatisée, très agréable à vivre et bien équipée à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur. Environnement très calme dans le petit village de Muratello à seulement quelques minutes en voiture des plages et des commerces de Porto Vecchio. Dépôt de pain et petite épicerie de dépannage accessible à pieds également. Propriétaire à l'écoute ainsi que la concierge sur place. Je recommande cette maison aux futurs vacanciers.
