We offer our guests a typical and intimate Tuscan house, divided into two apartments with independent access, in an enchanting and quiet countryside location, immersed in lush vegetation, a perfect base for those who want to enjoy the island at 360°, being close to the main artery that connects various sides: towards the East Porto Azzurro, Capoliveri and Rio Marina; towards the West Marina di Campo and the coast of the sun.

Two-room apartment 2 + 2 beds - Rental for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children
Composed of a living room with French sofa bed and kitchenette, bathroom with shower inside the double bedroom. It is located on the first floor and is accessed by an external staircase. Internally it measures 30 m2, despite its small size you can relax on the large terrace covered by a canopy from where you can admire a view of the valley.

Important Notes:
- groups of Young People under the age of 21 are not permitted
- rental for a maximum of 2 adults accompanied by two children
- check-in from 4.00pm to 7.30pm and check-out by 9.00am; for check-in after 8.00 pm a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a supplement of €30.00 on cleaning per animal
- check-out: by 9.00 am
- deposit (mandatory): 150.00 euros; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the condition of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 3.00 pm)
- bed linen and towels: 20.00 euros per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site
- we ask guests if the grill is used to always check that it is turned off correctly and to leave it clean after each use

Between the steps of the iron staircase, there is space. The terrace is closed by a wooden gate, but we point out that children must absolutely be accompanied by the hand up the staircase because it is very open towards the void.
