Situated in an Edwardian building, this Stylish, spacious, light and airy 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, first floor apartment with off road private parking space, is perfectly situated with the beach at one end of the road and shops, bars and restaurants at the other. There is allocated off road private parking for one vehicle.

There is a large open plan living area with sofa, lounge chairs, table and chairs and well equipped kitchen with dishwasher and washing machine.

This large apartment offers a king size en-suite bedroom and a large 2nd bedroom which can be set up as Super King or Triple single beds.
There are new comfy beds with extra deep mattresses.

A maximum of 4 single adults can be accommodated in separate beds. No parties, stagg or hen nights.

Please note there is ring doorbell covering the entrance to the property.

From the property it is few minutes walk to Southsea Shops, that offer supermarkets, numerous bars, restaurants, pubs, snack bars, take away, high street & boutique shops, all the shopping amenities you should need. The Beach, Pyramids leisure centre, Southsea castle and D-Day Museum are also a few minutes’ walk from the apartment across the common at the bottom of the road. A little further is Canoe Lake (with play park, model village, boating lake, tennis courts, beach, pier, areas to picnic)

Close to local bus routes, cycle path and promenade.

Milk in reusable glass bottles (as far as possible/time permitting)
Refillable toiletries in reusable bottles (please don`t throw them away!) They are British-made and Cruelty free too
Environmentally friendly loo roll - Who gives a crap Made from re-cycled paper with no plastic packaging.
We provide a washable microfibre cloth for dishes rather than single use cloths.
Quiet hours 11pm to 8am
Please leave the apartment clean and tidy as you found it.
No house parties, hen or stag parties without prior agreement.
Only booked guests are permitted in the apartment
