This is a fantastic location for your stay as you are in the middle vibrant Southsea with so much on your doorstep! There is an amazing coffee and cake shop - The Garage Lounge just opposite, there are bars, restaurants, shops, hairdressers, what ever you need all within a stones throw! You are also extremely close to the Kings Theatre and a short distance to the seafront or Gunwharf Quays and Portsmouth's historic dockyard.
Ground floor, hallway leading to spacious, tastefully decorated Living room, double Bedroom with access to the Garden, king sized Bedroom with basin, family Bathroom with bath and separate overhead shower, cloakroom with W.C. Family room with doors to Garden area, outside seating and BBQ. Spacious open plan Kitchen with island and Dining room. Bathroom with bath, overhead shower, basin & W.C in the family bathroom & a separate cloakroom with W.C. The shops, bars and restaurants of Albert Road are on your doorstep, the Seafront is only a 10-15 minute walk and a few minutes & a 25 minute walk will take you to Gunwharf Quays shopping and dining complex, the D-Day museum and the Historic Dockyard.
We are happy to help with any advice, tips and recommendations to ensure you have the best stay. This flat is perfect if you are attending a University Graduation, Victorious Festival, the Great South run or any other occasion. There is plenty to do in beautiful Southsea.
Most locations are walkable or taxis are plentiful and cheap. We also have Uber. There are frequent buses running nearby. The nearest train station is Fratton which is a 20 min walk. If you are driving - you will require visitor's permits, which can be purchased for £3.60 per vehicle, per day via our Digital Guidebook which is sent prior to your stay. Parking is hit and miss as Portsmouth is a little overcrowded with vehicles but you will find a space on the main road or in one of the nearby side roads.
A damage deposit is required of £300, it is released back 3 days after check-out.
No loud voices in the garden after 10pm. This is not a suitable party venue, there are guests above and neighbours either side of you.
