It was better than expected for the price! The room was clean and cute, the bed was comfortable, but the bathroom was small. Super easy to walk everywhere. Nice sitting areas and well lit at night. It was Hampton beach in August, so hoping for quiet was not expected. I would stay again

Wear footwear in the room.

Tough check in. No keys for our room and they couldn't find them. They brought up a grand master key and opened the door, surprise someone else was in there, just their luggage, never mind, close door. Given another room with a sorry about that here's an upgrade and a discount. Room was nice but shower did not have any shelf for soap and no safety handle. Floor was very dirty, turned our feet black when walking around barefoot. Asked for cleaning and they sent someone to mop. Floor was better. Plus side. Close to beach and quiet on the backside of motel away from road.

The room was ok with comfortable bed. Its situated in prime location. Just 2 blocks from the beach and boardwalk. The room would be great if maybe it had a full length mirror and small table to sit and eat. The staff is great and super welcoming especially with animals.Definitely a place I will return to!

Overall nice place to stay

It was a very convenient location, wish they had a microwave in the room,a little inconvenient to have to go to lobby because of being far from it, lots of parking spaces but very narrow hard to get in and out of the car without banging other cars and dog friendly but not enough grassy areas to walk dog

Great but...

I choose this hotel for the pool. It says it's open from 9 to 9. But this week was different that the other two times I've been there. For two days, Instead of cleaning the pool before 9, the guy started to clean the pool at 9 so the pool wasn't available until 10. Other thing: hard to take a shower without water temperature variation.

We liked how close it was to all attractions and the beach. Our hotel room was cleaned and ready for us on arrival. We were two hours early but they let us check in early. We always try to stay there when we go to Hampton Beach. We’ve never had an issue when we’ve stayed there.
