Expensive appartement

The appartement was cutely decorated and clean (besides one pot that clearly wasn't, everything else was tidy). But the outside of the appartment, the stairs and the little patio on first floor were full of rubish. My niece (who lives in Portsmouth, in the same area) was even afraid to let us go in by ourselves at night! The windows were not clean, and one window in the living room couldn't open. In the appartement there were some minor things that didn't work: the bedside lamp in one room (no bedside lamp in the other), we couldn't close the door in the second room because the bed is too large, the TV didn't work properly. We also didn't receive the entry code, we had to ask several times for it and only received half an hour before arriving. Also, the appartement is said to be able to house 5 to 6 persons... I would rather think maximum 3. I find the prize much too high for 3 persons!
