Owners working on updating exterior. Very run down looking outside. Extremely surprised to find fully renovated great room. Beds were new and very comfortable. If you are staying in Hampton Beach this is a quality stay. Better than the craziness of the main strip on the ocean. 1 block from the beach and free parking! Staff was great!

Arrived about 30 minutes before check in and our rooms were ready which was a welcome surprise. We had 3 rooms total and he was able to put us on the same floor within a few rooms of each other which was awesome and so convenient. Rooms were updated but with some old school touches as well and super clean. Plenty of parking and the price to stay was so reasonable. Would definitely return!

Great stay. Our only complaint would be the small windows in the exterior door that had tint on them, but you could still see directly into the bedroom which felt uncomfortable. Also, the hardwood floors appeared clean but left my feet black from walking around the room. Everything else was perfect!
