There was a nice coffee pot but no coffee. The cups had bugs in them. The.bathroom has long black hairs all over the sink and the bathroom floor. The bedspread had bloodstains on it. There was no one around to check out so we left the room unlocked and the key in the room.

Quiet and nearby

Older motel well maintained just down from the beach. Very sweet owners uograded our room when they found out it was our anniversary. No vending machine on site but the owner brought us out ice and some cans of coke. It was very much appreciated after walking the boardwalk all day. Id definitely stay here again.

Nice little motel ..very clean ..owner was very nice my only complaint is the bed was not very comfortable.. but i would stay here again and very close to the beach maybe 5 min walk

Overall I had a good stay. The plumbing was somewhat finecky. The atmosphere was more like a motel in the sixties without the vibrating bed! The place was mainly quiet except for the construction site across the street.

4 night stay for Hampton Beach Seafood Festival

This motel was quiet, clean and convenient. They are clearly lacking staff, as there was no daily service, and we had to manage our own trash. However, Suzie was gracious and kind and does her best to manage things solo (there may be one other who helps her out, but we never saw anyone other than Suzie). I would stay here again

Had a family emergency come up before my stay, called to inform the hotel that I was unable to make it, now I understand they have a charge one night if a cancellation is made. But this situation was out of my hands and nothing I can do about it, and now I’m short $218 along with the other bs I’m Currently dealing with, after this situation I wouldn’t stay here if someone paid me too

Updates and help needed...

The motel has a decent location and the room was clean upon arrival. However, they are understaffed to the point where we were told to get our own towels and tp and take out our own trash and the room was not touched in 5 days. The beds are also super uncomfortable. I understand COVID has hit everyone hard and I am not trying to bash a small business but there is a certain basic standard that should be maintained. The owner says they are renovating this year. Hopefully, that's true.
