25 minute walk or5 minute drive to beach,portstewart golf club and promenade.
Portrush is 4 miles away and is easily reached by a regular bus service and a very regular park and ride bus service during the Open.
The decking is sunny from 11 am till sunset creating an excellent outside area to unwind.The upstairs living room is bright and spacious due to the french windows which open onto a Juliet balcony.
The house is available during the British Open at Portrush in July 2025
