Villa Jerolim is an old stone house with an outdoor pool, situated in Slivnica, 24km from Zadar.
The villa comprises 3 bedrooms and 1 living room, each with individual air conditioning unit. The fully equipped kitchen comes with a dining area, while the bathrooms come fitted with a shower. The covered outdoor dining area includes sun beds and lounge sitting area. There is also a separate toilet with a washing machine. A closed outside dining area includes a big barbecue where you can prepare delicious meals with your family or friends.
Beautiful authentic Dalmatian house was built in 1821. but has been completely redecorated in its original rustic style in 2016. The villa is located in the quiet area offering its guests a chance to enjoy a peacefulness relaxation and rural charm. The ground is 2000m2 wide and surrounded by the stone walls. The surrounding is typical mediterranean including olive trees, fig trees, mediterranean herbs and homegrown vegetables. Just 2,5 km from the Villa you can enjoy the beautiful beaches.
