The Villa Sea Star is located in the small village Vinjerac near the ancient Dalmatian town of Zadar.
In the village with about 80 permanent residents, you will find peace and joy in your intimate holidays with a wonderful view of the Paklenica National Park (Velebit). Guests who wish to spend an active holiday can also choose among the many hiking trails, climbing, rafting, visit four national parks or visit Zadar.
The villa is an independent building, situated on the western side of Vinjerac with a large swimming pool (48 m2) and a magnificent view on Small and Big Paklenica, and only 250 m from the wild beach (first row to the sea) and 500 m from the central village (peabble) beach.
Due to the spaciousness and smart distribution of the villa, it provides the intimacy of accommodation for at least two families or one very large family with all required equipment. The house is always available exclusively to only “one group” of guests.
A common pool and sauna (Finnish + infra) are always available to all guests.
Due to the exceptional location of the villa, there is a wonderful view from all terraces, the swimming pool, each room, and some bathrooms at the same time to the sea, as well as the mountains.
4 parking spaces (2 in the garage + 2 outside on parking lots) provide uninterrupted parking for all guests.
