Secluded in Posedarje, located near the sea and bathed in sunlight, is a house only six metres from the shore, with a beautiful view of the surroundings. The historical church nearby has its own sandy beach with medicinal mud, ideal for relaxation. The house covers 700 m2 of land, where there is a stone barbecue and enough space to park several cars. The terrace offers a spectacular view towards the west, in the direction of Velebit. A children's playground, an outdoor gym, a beach, restaurants and bars are 200 metres away. Nearby are the famous hams, characteristic of Posedarje. The Zemunik airport, the Nin salt pans and numerous famous research facilities are also within a short distance.
