Casa Ninnolo is a bright and sunny two-story independent house situated in a central location, at a short distance from the beach. It sleeps six people. From Casa Ninnolo you will enjoy an enchanting view of the main beach of Positano (Spiaggia Grande), of the coast and of the sea. Casa Ninnolo is 100 square meters (1076 square feet). It features a private jacuzzi pool, a panoramic private terrace with a view of the sea, air conditioning (please read description below to check in which rooms the units are installed) and WI-FI Internet access.
You will be in a pedestrian precinct, in the heart of Positano, a few steps from restaurants, shops, the beach and the tourist port. You will find the stop for the Flavio Gioia bus interno Positano line at 300 meters (990 feet) and the closest beach (Spiaggia Grande di Positano) at 10 meters (approximately 33 feet). You will reach Casa Ninnolo from the street level going up approximately 50 stairway steps.
You will not need a car to stay at Casa Ninnolo. If you do have one, you will be able to park it at approximately 300 meters (330 yards), for a fee, in a parking lot (where a space can be reserved).

Ground FloorLiving Room
The furnishings of the living room are cozy and comfortable. The furnishings include a divan that unfolds into a double bed. The room has no windows. It is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Kitchen
You will be able to enter the kitchen from the living room through an arched opening. It is equipped with a four-burner induction cooker, a small refrigerator without freezer, a dishwasher, a microwave oven, an Italian-style coffee-maker, an American-style coffee-maker (bring your filters!) and a kettle. The dining table can accommodate four guests. The kitchen has two windows with a view of the street below and of the sea.
Bedroom 1
You will be able to enter the first bedroom from the living room. The bedroom has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). The room has a window with a view of the sea. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 1
The first bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. You will be able to enter the bathroom from the kitchen.
First FloorTerrace
The terrace is 8 square meters (86 square feet) large. It is partly shaded by a pergola with a bamboo roof. It is equipped with a small sofa and two armchairs. From the terrace you will enjoy a gorgeous view of the beach and of the sea.
Wellness room
You will be able to enter the wellness room through a corridor. In the wellness room you will find a sauna. Here you will also find an above-ground heated jacuzzi pool with hydromassage with four seats.
Bedroom 2
You will be able to enter the second bedroom through a corridor, climbing three steps. The ceiling is vaulted. The room has a matrimonial bed (160 cm/63 inches, wider than a queen-size bed). The furnishings include a desk. In this room you will find a television (local channels). From the bedroom you will be able to enter the terrace through a French door. The bedroom is equipped with an air conditioning/heating unit.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom is equipped with a washbasin, a toilet, a fully enclosed shower and a hairdryer. Here you will also find a washing machine, an iron and an ironing board. You will be able to enter the bathroom through a corridor.
