Amazing hotel and staff. Delicious restaurant and their breakfast great too.They are super helpful they arranged our taxi services to Naples. Thank God this place has a porter to help with the luggage. Those who have stayed in Positano known how hard it is to walk down and up stairs with luggage. We stayed in the ocean view with a balcony room and it was beautiful! I would definitely stay here again.

The views from Miramare are the best. The staff in the restaurant as well as the reception are very friendly. Highly recommended for your stay in Positano. Please reach out to them in advance if you need Parking. They arrange for it and manage wonderfully with you.

I was pretty disappointed with our stay. I booked the junior suite for 6 nights for my mom and I for her last trip. My mother has been battling stage 4 colorectal cancer and I wanted her to be able to enjoy the view with a book if she was too weak. However, we had hundreds of ants on the terrace, in the bathroom including while trying to take baths or a shower, in the living room, and even had some crawl on my face while in bed. I notified the staff several times which didn’t do much. After the third time, I notified the manager (middle-aged woman with glasses and dark-blonde hair). Instead of apologizing for the issue, she told me that it was us because we are eating in the room. I told her we are not eating in the bathroom which there were hundreds of ants and even more on the terrace and in the living room area which we can not even enjoy the terrace that I paid over $3000 for to enjoy the view. Her statement of that we should not eat in the room is actually illegal and disrespectful for a hotel staff to say that to someone who is paying a ton of money for the view and comfort of the stay. Still nothing happened besides the cleaning people cleaned up the ants. Yet, hundreds more came. We had to close the doors to the terrace early in the afternoon and not go out there as the ants were climbing all over us while we tried to stay out on the terrace. Not to mention hundreds in the bathroom. We couldn’t take baths because of it and we had to spray them down while taking a sho

In addition to being a beautiful person, Emanuella was fantastic in helping us as needed. Breathtaking views. Dinner was excellent (esp the steak) despite being a little pricey. Steps are tough upon arriving. Rec calling ahead to ask for assistance if hv learge luggage. When leaving, nice man will carry ur bags up the stairs so tip accordingly. Highly recommend.

The location is aesthetically pleasing and conveniently situated near various dining establishments and retail outlets. The staff demonstrated a high level of attentiveness and willingness to assist. Porter service is available to facilitate luggage handling, and parking is offered at an additional cost. The establishment also features an on-site restaurant. While the menu options may be somewhat limited, the chef exhibited flexibility by accommodating our request for an item from the lunch menu outside of regular serving hours.

Miramare Hotel is a magical, amazing hotel experience, with stunning views, superb service, delicious food & wine and a very high quality of furnishings & finishes. A pure delight; well worth the somewhat challenging approach down the many steps from the street. The bell man service (carrying our bags) made it much easier.
