Positano Elegant Terrace – Panoramic Home with Terrace in the Heart of Positano

In the heart of Positano, surrounded by the blue of the Mediterranean and the iconic cascade of colorful houses that makes this corner of the Amalfi Coast unique, Positano Elegant Terrace combines the space and comfort of a real home with a large panoramic terrace designed to be enjoyed throughout the day. Its location allows you to reach the town center, the beach, and Positano’s main attractions on foot, while the home itself offers a pleasantly peaceful and private atmosphere.



Designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, the apartment features spacious and bright interiors, three bedrooms, two full bathrooms, and generous shared living areas, making it particularly suitable for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holiday together without giving up their privacy.



The living area is welcoming and spacious, with a large sofa and two armchairs where you can relax after a day spent exploring Positano’s beaches and picturesque streets. Next to it, the dining area features a table with seating for six, while the fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, utensils, and everything needed to prepare your own meals and enjoy the freedom of living at your own pace.



The sleeping area includes three bedrooms, each offering a different arrangement. The master bedroom features an elegant four-poster double bed and its own private bathroom, creating a more intimate and comfortable space. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, while the third features bunk beds, making it a practical choice particularly for families traveling with children or teenagers. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, have a window, and provide space to conveniently store clothes and personal belongings. Bed linen is included.



The two full bathrooms make the apartment particularly comfortable even when occupied by six guests. The main bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, bidet, and washing machine, while the second bathroom is directly connected to the master bedroom. Each guest is provided with three towels – for the face, shower, and bidet – and the bathrooms include complimentary soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.



The true highlight of the property, however, is its large panoramic terrace: a genuine outdoor living space that can become one of the most memorable parts of your stay. Furnished with an outdoor dining area, sun loungers, and an additional table with chairs, the terrace offers a different way to experience Positano at every moment of the day. Enjoy a slow breakfast in the morning, relax in the sun, have dinner outdoors, or sit down for an aperitif as the evening light changes the colors of the landscape. In front of you, the unmistakable scenery of Positano’s colorful houses and the sea creates a spectacular backdrop, turning the terrace into a natural extension of the home.



Fast Wi-Fi and air conditioning throughout both the bedrooms and living area complete the apartment’s amenities. The internet connection is also suitable for remote working and streaming. The interiors reflect authentic Positano style, combining traditional elements, elegance, and functionality to create a welcoming atmosphere where guests can truly feel at home.



The entire property, including its private outdoor spaces, is reserved exclusively for guests.



Check-in is carried out in person by a member of our staff, who will welcome you upon arrival. For this reason, guests are required to communicate and agree on an approximate arrival time in advance.



Standard check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 8:30 PM, while check-out must be completed by 10:00 AM. Arrivals after 8:30 PM are subject to a late check-in fee, payable in cash upon arrival: €30 from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, €50 from 10:30 PM to midnight, and €80 from midnight to 2:00 AM.



At check-in, all guests will be required to present a valid identity document. This is necessary for registration with the relevant authorities, as required by Italian law.



A tourist tax imposed by the Municipality of Positano also applies from April through October and must be paid in cash upon arrival. The amount is €2.50 per person, per night. Children under the age of 10 are exempt.



The property does not have private parking, which is common for homes located in central Positano. Several secure paid garages are available nearby, with indicative rates of approximately €50 per day, depending on the season. During the high season, we strongly recommend reserving a parking space in advance.



Thanks to the central location, however, having a car is not essential. Traffic and the limited availability of parking can make driving in Positano inconvenient, while the town center, the beach, and many of Positano’s most interesting places can be reached on foot. Walking through its narrow streets, stairways, terraces, and Mediterranean viewpoints is also one of the best ways to discover the town’s authentic character.



Positano Elegant Terrace is therefore more than simply a base for exploring the Amalfi Coast. It is a home designed to become part of the experience itself: generous spaces to share, privacy whenever you need it, and above all, a panoramic terrace where you can slow down and enjoy one of the Mediterranean’s most captivating landscapes.
