The home boasts 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with 3 bedrooms on the main floor and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Enjoy the large fenced-in backyard and the convenience of being close to all the attractions Northern ID and Eastern WA has to offer.
Guest Access:
Entire home and backyard. Ample parking available; utilize the garage, large driveway, or park along the street.
Getting Around:
- Less than 5 minutes to I-90 and Post Falls restaurants/entertainment.
- 20 minutes to downtown Coeur d'Alene.
- 30 minutes to Silverwood.
- 30 minutes to downtown Spokane,
