Lovely hotel, great breakfast

Lovely hotel right in the town, with private parking. The bed was really comfortable and the room spotless with a great shower. Breakfast was excellent with lots of choice. Very good value. The girls on reception were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble, hope to stay again.

Enjoyed my stay

A very comfortable bed and room, with well insulated windows so that you couldn’t hear the road at night. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was great! I saw a comment from an earlier guest that the breakfast wasn’t varied enough but they had a huge amount of choice in my view. My one criticism is that my towels didn’t need replacing after a single use - I only stayed two nights and would’ve been happy using the same towels all that time!

BED BUG!!!!

Got bed bug in the room, then it followed me till I went home. I had to throw all cloths, bags, etc, and still cannot fully get rid of it after 2 months. This is my worst hotel experience ever. During that day, I was bite and awake on 4 am. Then I waited till 5 am in front desk to get to a new room. The front desk lady told me that she was just temporary helping there and cannot assist me with any solution. I need to wait for the next week to talk to the real hotel manager who's on vacation that time.

Staff were so friendly

The staff were lovely. Convenient location. Bed reasonably comfortable. Sadly the pushed together single beds weren't secure and the bathroom was rather awkward
