I can’t wait to go back! The sun drenched Cliffside room was an incredible home base to explore the Hudson Valley. Breakfast was homemade and delicious. I loved watching the birds outside the windows each morning. It was a perfect weekend away!

This was our third visit and it was as delightful as the previous two. Our host, Harry, never ceases to amaze us with his friendliness and breakfast cuisine, which you eat while watching birds flocking to the bird feeders outside. What a gem! Inn the Woods is a lovely B&B very close to the FDR home and museum, the Vanderbilt mansion, and so much more. The hosts provided thoughtful touches in our room, such as a small fridge with bottled water, bedside lamps with USB ports, and plenty of hooks in the bathroom. And the breakfasts! Absolutely delicious and all made personally by our host. He even catered to my husband's unfortunate meat allergy by *making* turkey sausage patties to go with the eggs. We highly recommend Inn the Woods!
