Gary was a fantastic host! The home is so cozy with everything you need to be comfortable. Huge bonus was the homemade banana bread and excellent dining recommendations in Poughkeepsie.

Really enjoyed the property. Loved the vibe and Gary is a great host! Great conversation and don’t forget the phenomenal banana bread! That totally sealed the deal. Really cute spot. Would definitely stay again!

My friends and I rented this property for a long girls weekend to attend an event in the area. We liked the historical aspect of the property and Gary was an excellent host. His banana bread was amazing! We would definitely stay again.

Gary was a great host! The apartment was perfect for my weekend stay visiting my daugher at Marist College which is only about 5 minutes from the property. I will definitely stay here again on a future visit.

lovely and recommended

It was amazing. Gary puts so much passion in providing a good experience. He includes toiletries, coffee, tea, fruits, water, gatorade and our favorite of all: home-made banana loaf cake. Highly recommended. As a note if you have heavy luggage it may be difficult to climb up the stairs but ither than that it is a perfect stay. very spacious.
