The room was okay but going in the front desk area was torn up due to water damage. I think that we should have been told before when we booked it. A sign on the door said enter at your own risk. I wasn’t impressed.

Walking in the lobby and dinning area has been flooded from second floor. Construction waiting on insurance. Man standing outside smoking pot and front area stunk. No breakfast due to flooding. Feel we should have been alerted to problems before hand.

We booked a room and didn’t receive the room we booked. Needed a king bed with pullout couch for our children and got a king bed with jacuzzi. The entire room stunk of water damage.

Due to Hurricane Helene, there was water damage to the property. The lobby has to be completely remodeled, lots of noise due to fans and dehumidifiers, but the staff did their best in the circumstances
