This Inn is a gem. The checkin was pleasant, the desk clerk was friendly and helpful, and they accommodated my need for a room on the first floor. The room was clean, newly updated, and all that was required for a one-night stay. I was a bit concerned that parking is limited onsite, and I had a car full of gear I didn't want to risk. The off site parking appears to be on the street and across the road. If stairs and off site parking is an issue, contact the property. They are helpful.

I was there for an overnight to catch an early ferry to Comox the next day. You could see the ferry right outside your window. It's a great location, Great price for a beautiful room and wonderful staff. I would definitely stay there again.

The staff were friendly and the room was reasonably clean. Just a few things would had made it nicer. I’ve never been in a Hotel room with no chair to sit on. There wasn’t a lamp anywhere. Have to get out of bed to hit the wall switch. A microwave in the room would be helpful especially for extended stay. I would have gladly paid a bit more for more amenities. Although all of this made my stay inconvenient, these are not complaints, just suggestions.

The property is centrally located, right by the ferry terminal in Powell River, which is convenient for travelers. However, the surrounding neighborhood appears to have some transient residents, which made me a bit concerned about vehicle safety—though thankfully, there were no issues. Accessing the hotel and parking lot can be challenging due to the steep hill grade. Inside, the room had some practical shortcomings: there were no bedside lamps or nearby light switches, so you have to turn off the main light and walk to bed in the dark. Additionally, there was no ice machine available on-site.

The room was recently renovated and clean. This room was booked as a kitchenette, but there was no table or chairs to sit on in the room, so no where to eat the food that was cooked in the room! Only one bedside table, so no where for one person to put a cup of coffee, or their phone, or book. For the price, they need to provide all the furniture.

Room was a really good price and quite nice for an older property. Road noise in the morning was ridiculous but we were in a corner room with road on both sides. I’m an early riser so this didn’t bother me, but my daughter wasn’t happy. Overall I will be staying here every time I’m heading to Powell River unless the rates go up then back to the town centre I go

This property is old. But very recently renovated. They’ve done a really nice job of the rooms. The bathrooms are beautiful and they give a large bath towels for use. The rooms are tiny but we happily overflowed into their family room with massive tv and ample lounge chairs. There is no elevator for this 2 floor accommodation. All in all a nice place to stay that is clean in PR.

It was newly renovated with an excellent bathroom. The view was fantastic with an outlook right into the harbour. Minor downside is the central location also results in noise overnight, but that’s worth it for the great view of the bay.

My wife and I stayed one night and really loved our room with a view of the harbour. The room was recently renovated and very clean. The staff was very friendly making it a great experience. Easy walking distance to shopping and restaurants. Fun watching the ferries come and go. Would definitely stay again.

The room was obviously newly renovated and beautiful, especially the shower. The parking however was a problem as both my husband and I are elderly and the parking lot was down a steep hill. Also there was no trolley to bring our luggage from car to room.
