We are in the hearth of Amalfi Coast.
Our villa is a bright and elegant indipendence house which faces the sun and the sea.
From the villa you will enjoy an anchanting view of the sea and Pariano coast.
Surrounded by greenery , you can relax in our private swimming pool and spend days in the sun in the large garden .
The villa is 230 square meters (2475 square feet ).
The villa is an independent property of three levels. With a small flight of stairs from the main entrance you have access into a beautiful lounge with comfortable sofas, TV, a large window and a terrace with amazing views. The dining room is also located in this same level together with a large and well equipped kitchen with access to the terrace.
It has 5 bedroom plus a single soda bed , 4 bathroom , a large living room , a fitted kitchen with a dining table, air condizioned in all room and wifi access.
You are at the center of the village with a grocery store and one restaurant at 100mt (330 feet). A sigle flight stairs take you to the stop of the bus to Positano. (165 feet),
yet you can find near a pharmacy, an atm and other restaurant .
The closest beach (marina di Praia) at 2,5km. (1,5miles)

Beyond our expectations!

Though the access to the villa was alot of walking up stairs, it was SOOOO worth it! We loved it so much, pretty sure, within a year or two, we will definitely be back. We had 10 girls ranging from 30 to 65. The owner worked hard to accommodate us! We had 3 cars - parking is at a premium - and a blessing that it was worked out. The patio was the most used space and appreciated due to the great weather we had during our stay. The beds were great, the cleanliness was exceptional and the view was worth all the stairs! The local mom & pop grocery store was pleased to help with the luggage transition from car to villa. We bought lots of groceries and wine there. Tried to give them money for their working with us but they declined and hoped to see us again! We felt like family. Having Breakfast on that patio.... OMG!

The setting of property was very dramatic and the views were outstanding.

We were very pleased with cleanliness and condition of Villa. We loved the authenticity of the Villa and it made you feel like you were part of culture of the area, not just a visitor. Transportation is close if you needed it, we walked to church, stores and restaurants. The views from 3 different terraces were breathtaking! All I can say is we loved it and would recommend it to our friends and relatives! Awesome vacation for us!
