Holiday Home 'Le Petit Pech' with Shared Pool, Private Terrace and Wi-Fi

Charming stone PERIGOURDINE HOUSE, typical of the region, with SWIMMING POOL (classified 3 stars by the prefecture) sleeping 4 to 5 people. Adjoining another gîte, it shares a swimming pool. The *** house is ideally located just 8 km from SARLAT and 4 km from CARLUX, in the heart of a vast wooded park. You will appreciate the comfort of the house and the peace and quiet of the area, while being close to Sarlat and the main tourist sites, as well as the many activities on offer in our department (châteaux, chasms, caves, gardens).



The gîte comprises :



Ground floor: a dining room with sitting room (sofa, 2 armchairs) and fireplace, opening onto a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, microwave, washing machine, etc.), and a shower room with WC.

First floor: a 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, a second 13 m² bedroom with a 140 cm bed, and a mezzanine with a 90 cm bed. Separate WC and bathroom.

Outside: terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.

Secure 8x4 m swimming pool.

Swing for children.





Linen: Sheets and towels available for hire on request, with beds made up on arrival for a warm welcome.

Cleaning: Cleaning service available on request at the end of your stay, so you can make the most of your holiday.
