Belle maison de campagne dans le Périgord
Très belle maison de campagne pour un séjour en famille ou avec des amis. Nous avons apprécié le charme de l’ancien de cette maison familiale (Pierre, poutres) très bien équipée (cuisine avec tous équipements, jeux de société, piscine, jardin avec balançoires, plancha) et rénovée. Une vue magnifique du jardin sur le château voisin. Idéalement située au cœur du Périgord noir, à 10mn de Sarlat. Accueil charmant et propriétaire reactif. Nous avons adoré le séjour et recommandons vivement.

Vacance super a prats de carlux dordogne
Tres belle region superbe villa avec un cadre magnifique une superbe piscine chauffée dont les enfants ont bien profité merci a nelly et son compagnon pour l accueil et leur gentillesse tout le long du sejour et merci au propriétaire tres attentionné et tres sympathique que malheureusement nous n avons pas pu rencontré et surtout toutes ses personnes qui on ete a notre bien etre pour c bons moments de vacance je reviendrai c sur amitiés sincères Didier et toute la famille vous remercie

Agréable séjour dans une maison spacieuse
Bon séjour en général malgré quelques petites remarques portes grinçantes, non accessible à toute personne à mobilité réduite, canapés en mauvais état et revoir le système des sommiers problème de pieds. Le positif : une belle déco beaucoup de vaisselle, très bon accueil et personne réactive. Bel environnement et bien situé.

Un gîte bien équipé
Nous avons passé un bon séjour malgré la chaleur caniculaire. Dommage que la literie ne soit pas optimale matelas et coussins fort durs. Le gîte gagnerait à être un peu rafraîchi et à offrir parasol et ventilateur pour les chambres.

Cadre agréable
Maison super équipée et confortable dans un cadre verdoyant avec vue sur le château. Un point d'eau serait apprécié au niveau des toilettes ou dans le coin buanderie près du lave-linge dans la dépendance qui nous a servi à ranger nos vélos électriques (sous-sol cave). Accueil fort sympathique de Nelly chargée de la conciergerie (état des lieux, remise des clés) et disponible à la moindre des réclamations. Petit bémol pour la piscine, celle-ci est entourée d'une végétation dense et lors des pluies, comme au début du séjour, les déchets accumulés au pied des arbustes coulent dans l'eau, rendant la baignade désagréable. Les 3 chambres sont bien aménagées à l'étage, 2 salles d'eau (l'une avec douche, l'autre avec baignoire) mais un seul WC.

Superbe vue sur château
La maison est très bien située, au calme, à 15 minutes de Sarlat pour rayonner dans la région. La vue depuis la terrasse sur le château est juste magnifique! La piscine chauffée est très agréable. Pas très profonde mais ce qui parfait pour les enfants (il faudrait juste remettre le portillon de la barrière pour plus de sécurité pour les tous petits). La cuisine est super bien équipée il y a tout et même plus! Lave linge et sèche linge très pratique pour revenir sans trop de corvée à la maison !! La personne qui nous a accueillis, Nelly, est adorable très disponible et réactive. Seul petits bémols : la literie et quelques odeurs nauséabondes dans les salles de bains et WC (mais rien qui ne gâchent le séjour). Quelques petites choses un peu vieillissantes peuvent être améliorées mais je crois que certaines sont déjà prévues. Bref nous avons passé un très bon séjour et nous recommandons cette maison sans problème.
