Excellent hotel - very clean and attentive staff. It started off at the reception - warm welcome. The room is spotless. The shower/toilet was actually very very clean! It could have been great if not for the following - shower door is half open which floods the bathroom, no universal charging points, telephone call routing and room service is very slow. Room was fine The service was very slow. It took porters over an hour to bring our bags down. On site Restaurant food was sub par and service terrible. All meals were buffet style. However the most of the food was not refilled, tables did not have any cutlery or napkins. Even juice glasses were not provided. I will not recommend this property!
