Qualche intoppo, ma nel complesso accettabile

Si è trattato di un pernottamento legato alla partecipazione ad un dog show. Ho apprezzato la possibilità di soggiornare con il cane senza alcun sovrapprezzo, ma all'arrivo l'addetto alla reception, pur con grande gentilezza, ha avuto qualche problema ad individuare la nostra prenotazione. Alla fine ci è stata assegnata la stanza come da prenotazione. L'albergo è in stile anni ottanta, con annessa una caffetteria dove è anche possibile fare uno spuntino. Nel fabbricato è disponibile è una struttura di fitness con possibilità di massaggi e sauna (a pagamento e su prenotazione). Articolato su tre piani serviti da ascensore. La stanza che ci è stata assegnata era un po'piccolina, ma luminosa e pulita. Peccato che la lampadina della plafoniera principale era bruciata ed il riscaldamento/condizionamento non funzionasse. Segnalati i problemi, il personale si è reso subito disponibile a verificare dicendoci però che sino all'indomani non sarebbe stato possibile rimediare. Peraltro la temperatura mite ha sopperito alla mancanza di riscaldamento. La colazione a buffet non è stata particolarmente varia, ma quanto messo a disposizione si è rivelato abbondante e di buona qualità. Anche al check out ci sono stati degli intoppi in quanto l'addetta alla reception si è accorta che all'arrivo non eravamo stati registrati per cui abbiamo dovuto ridare i documenti ed attendere qualche minuto in più per ottenere la fattura che ha confermato l'importo previsto nella prenotazione.

Reasonable price vs quality. Enough for a business trip. Beds bit uncomfortable, but ok for one night. Staff really nice and sympathetic
