Courteous staff. Great breakfast restaurant next to the lobby. Fantastic location. Parking was offsite, but just a short walk to the entrance. They did a fantastic job with western antique room decor (cow hides, lassos, cowboy hats, ...) We loved the ambiance of a hotel from 1918ish!

The rooms were clean and nicely decorated. No hairdryer in room but available at front desk. No tea of coffee available in room so had to go down to lounge to get some. Staff pleasant. Good location. Noise not bad for downtown location. Food at Bistro ok, breakfast menu better.

Staff was very efficient. Room was very nice. No heater and it got a bit cold. There's an antique elevator but we still had to go through some steps up and down to get to our room. Request a room where the elevator is near by. You can hear noises through the walls, especially the bathroom shower, fans and toilet flushing. Other than that, it was quite a nice stay in a historical hotel. 👍

Pros: Nicely renovated historic hotel. Great dining and drink options. Food was amazing! Speakeasy downstairs was a really cool experience. Cons: no close parking available. The parking garage is 1 block away. Very loud in the rooms. You can hear all conversations through the walls and the outside street noise will keep you awake.Earplugs are offered in the room for this reason.

The only recommendation is to put in room darkening curtains. We had wood blinds that did not block fhe street light directly out our window. it also would probably help the noise from all the bars.

Prescott is a fun plave to visit, the hotel is full of history. It can be noisy late night, but not if you enjoy music!
