Very beautiful, old-west style hotel in the heart of Prescott. The only thing I didn't like was that my room was a lot smaller than it appeared in the advertisement/booking page.

Grand old hotel; very nicely remodeled. Lounge, Bistro and speak easy were excellent. The room was small but served its purpose well. Took an inside room to stay away from the street noises. Friendly staff. You will have to deal with your own luggage, up a short flight of stairs to the lobby, then you can use the elevator. Nice parking structure behind the hotel and it’s free. There is loading zone in front of the Lobby on Gurly ave

This is my favorite place to stay when in town. I've never had an issue or complaint. Except on this last trip: I had low water pressure and no hot water in my shower. When I reported it, the staff immediately moved me to another room. And this was on a fully booked weekend. Excellent staff and wonderful hotel.
