The staff was amazing. Gavin the manager is the best work with us when we had to move to a room in Phoenix. He helped us try and find a room to save us time looking. The staff was/is super friendly helped us out so much. If you looking for a really reasonable great place to stay that is per friendly and your traveling through or to Prescott this is the place to stay. It's right on the outskirts whiskey row.

The location was nice, but the hotel is pretty dingy. Our entire team stayed there in different rooms and most parents complained the rooms were dirty. One even stated there was hair in the shower. Continental breakfast was limited. They had waffles, muffins, yogurt and cereal. Coffee was good. Front desk staff was not too friendly.

Rooms are small, dated, and smell of mildew. Found a toenail in the freshly made bed upon check-in. Walls are thin — you can hear everyone and everything around you. Sheets are worn and yellowed. The odor of the room was the worst part of our short stay.
