The room was ok but the bathroom and the floor was dirty. It didn’t have an elevator you had to take the stairs The rooms have carpet which is ok but they are so loud. I could here babies crying, people talking and people walking around all night, really noisy Window shades don’t block all light on windows

The stay was very nice. The only problem is that there was no elevator. It wasn’t easy fir my 84 year old husband. I didn’t ask in advance because that’s not very common in a hotel business.

At first we were a little concerned about the outside of the property when we pulled up, but we were only staying one night. When you go in the lobby it is basic but clean and the front staff were really nice. They have fresh warm Otis spunkmeyer cookies at check-in. The hotel looks basic but when we went into our room, it was very spacious. We got the family suite. It was really clean. The TV was huge and we were very happy with the hotel. We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay, clean room and friendly staff

We were impressed with the cleanliness and friendly staff. Warm cookies was a nice touch when we checked in.The room was comfortable. The breakfast was good with some basic options. Price was good. The only recommendation will be to identify the entrance better into the parking lot and possibly add a light for seeing better at night. We will consider staying here again on a visit to Prescott Valley.

I have stayed at the Clarion Pointe Prescott Valley three times, thus far. This facility provides good value for extended stays and exceptionally clean rooms with comfortable beds. I also like that there is a small but very clean workout area for guests. Rated slightly lower for the location because the hotel is situated in a busy location where left turns are prohibited, forcing a detour for most of my places.
