Brand new purpose built apartments all owned by the same landlord, they'd only been operating for a few weeks hence not many reviews. It appears the property is aiming for people staying for anything from a single night to a year and anything inbetween. The apartment I had was quite well thought out. Property is protected by electronic operated gates, I have to say I'd stay there again.
The only issues I had were nothing to do with the property itself but the booking process which was very prescriptive and over the top and perhaps aimed at a longer term let. I didn't feel comfortable doing a photo and copy of my driving licence, in these days of identity theft it almost put me off. I covered my driving licence number when taking the photo for my own protection, also I was required to download a key app so that when I was sent a unique code I could input it and access the building - I never got the code, so never needed the app. There was a guy at reception who gave me a key card, and I accessed reception by pressing the intercom button by the gate.
Parking was plentiful around the rear.
The guy in reception was really friendly and helpful.
Nice touch leaving tea, coffee and biscuits in the room.
It's early days for this property so I guess if they get the booking system simplified and less onerous for short stay guests I think they'll be on to a winner.
