This little dream home is made for comfort and relaxation. Leave your cares behind and escape to another world. Every outdoor activity you could want is close by. Best of all it’s a wonderful place to escape and enjoy some peace and quiet with the people you love.
There’s room enough for the whole Hobbit family with enough beds for 14 people of all sizes. There are 3 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 showers and a tub. There’s a large sitting room, full kitchen with extra large cook top, fridge, microwave, all the appliances, and a butler’s pantry. There’s a movie room with TV and rec room with pool table in the basement. Spacious back deck with a stunning view and a hot tub. The Master bedroom is on the main floor and has a secret entrance. There are two large bedrooms in the basement. The big one has a king size bed, a twin bunk bed, and a twin over full bunk bed. The almost-just-as-big room has a Queen sized bed, a twin bunk, and a twin over full as well (all mattresses by Purple).

We are “off the grid” so be mindful of energy use. There is a display in the kitchen that shows how much power is being used. It’s wizard stuff.
All sinks, showers, and toilets drain into a septic tank. Don’t put food down the sink and please only use the biodegradable toilet paper we provide.
We are on a well so be mindful of water use. Don’t leave sinks running or take extra long showers. Water in the fridge is filtered.

Great Place!

The place was clean and comfortable. I liked that it was secluded and had amazing views. Very well furnished and my kids loved the LTR theme! I will definitely be staying there again in the future.

LOTR Heaven!

We had so much fun here! Middle of a rolling field, gorgeous view, peaceful. The hobbit house was astonishing inside! Two secret rooms, tons of fun decor, you feel you are really in Hobbiton! The owners were amazing and friendly and texted or called immediately. So fun to talk to. This house was featured on aTV show as it was built.
