Well, I hate to do it but all in all I love quality Inn I’ve always been going to the same one in Prestonburg for years, but here last time I went I’m here in. They’re putting homeless people in the rooms and paying for them which churches God bless you for doing it but with doing that also I don’t know if it’s the homeless or what but bedbugs is running crazy. I had one in my room. I had to change room rooms sad but they need exterminator. and real fast the lady at the front desk Jamie is the best ever has always been very professional at everything she does thank you.

The sofa in my room looked like someone had been murdered on it or someone had urinated on it. The bed spread and bed sheets had cigarette burns. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room. Windows were in such poor condition they were clouded.

It's an older hotel with issues. Its not dirty but but the whole stay we're wondering if we're bringing little friends friend's. We booked non-smoking, got smoking and there were burns in the sheets and couch.
