This was a very inexpensive stay, so I suppose you get what you pay for. I have two kids, so I had to wipe up some spills from the floor, but it was obviously already dirty and had not been mopped recently. The rag came away brown and there were areas with hair and dirt as well as something stuck to the floor. Fortunately, there were no bugs, so a dirty floor wasn't too bad. If this had been more than an overnight, I might have bought a mop in order to clean the floor. There was no security lock on the door, just the electronic lock. The window blinds were broken in one section, so I manually flipped the slats to block the view into the room. The water in the faucet was extremely hot, I would not want kids or elderly people to use the faucet without supervision. The tub had not been scrubbed as there was a ring, might not be an issue for most people but my kids still take baths. I scrubbed it out with a washcloth.

Owner is rude. The rooms tv didn’t work the staff couldn’t get it to work. The beds were horrible, owner claimed they were pillow top but I felt springs in my back woke up hurting worse than I did before trying to sleep in the hotel beds. I was also charged $100 when checked in and it was supposed to be returned when we checked out and was never returned the charge.

The pool is fantastic. It wasn’t too hot or too cold. It was the Goldilocks and the 3 bears pool. Just right. The hotel is clean and neat. The staff was friendly and helpful with any questions we had. The bed was comfy. We were able to walk to the downtown area and have a drink. The next morning we went to the dinosaur museum down the street. Admission to that was only 7.00 per person and definitely worth the visit. We were passing through and didn’t have a real purpose to visit, but we were both pleasantly surprised. If we passed through again, we would 100 percent stay at this hotel again. The price was absolutely phenomenal for the hotel and pool area.

You’re not in Price, Utah for the charm. You’re passing through and you need a pool and hot tub. The Greenwell pool is SO nice. This place is straight out of the 90’s and it’s an affordable, clean, easy place to stay. Andy the pool guy is the real deal and keeps the dip spotless. We loved the Tangerine restaurant attached to the restaurant. Friendly, simple, and healthy options.

I just wished they were more accommodating for people with disabilities. I recommend that the motel should invest in some shower chair or nonslip shower mats or even designing some room for people with disability. But over all I am happy with my stay place rooms are clean and room are huge.
